1. How long until my order is shipped?

We strive to process and pack your orders with love and affirmations as quickly as possible. During the regular season, you can expect your order to be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). However, during the holiday season or major sales, please allow for 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification e-mail confirming that it has been shipped. Please allow up for 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

  

2. The candle I want is out of stock. When will it restock?

Don't worry, we'll make sure to restock our products on a regular basis. Unless an item is listed as limited edition or it's the end of a season, you'll always find us working hard behind the scenes on a hand-poured new batch. You can sign up for restock notifications on each product page, or sign up to our email list for general store updates, final restock of the season notices, and new product announcements.

3. How long will shipping take?

We have both Priority (2-3 business days) and Ground (3-5 business days) options at checkout. We ship from the East Coast in Atlanta, GA.

We use both USPS and UPS for shipments.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking number once your order label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

We now ship to Canada and the United Kingdom!

International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs, and Lindsey Created, unfortunately, has no control over this. However, we're happy to assist in any inquiries if needed. 

Carrier (USPS International or UPS) will depend on order size and destination. Larger orders are usually handled by UPS and arrive within 3-7 business days. However, smaller orders are usually sent via USPS First Class International and generally take between 7–10 days, but can take up to 21 days to arrive once shipped.

We will continue to explore the most reasonable shipping options available and improve or expand on them as we can.

 

5. What's your policy on returns / refunds?

At Lindsey Created, each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the quality you deserve.

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are currently final. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we'll do our best to make things right!

USPS prefers all lost item / damage claims be handled here by the customer directly.
