Shipping policy

We strive to process and pack your orders with love and affirmations as quickly as possible. During the regular season, you can expect your order to be processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). However, during the holiday season or major sales, please allow for 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification e-mail confirming that it has been shipped. Please allow up for 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

We ship most candle orders via USPS Priority from the East Coast (Charlotte, NC). Generally, these orders should arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped.

For some larger or West Coast orders, we use UPS Ground. Generally, these orders should arrive in 2-4 business days once shipped.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship to Canada and the United Kingdom!

International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs, and Freelance Candles, unfortunately, has no control over this. However, we're happy to assist in any inquiries if needed. 

Carrier (USPS International or UPS) will depend on order size and destination. Larger orders are usually handled by UPS and arrive within 3-7 business days. However, smaller orders are usually sent via USPS First Class International and generally take between 7–10 days, but can take up to 21 days to arrive once shipped.

We will continue to explore the most reasonable shipping options available and improve or expand on them as we can.
